Commercial operators, property owners, and congregations with a legal right to host on the lot. We verify ownership during onboarding.
How much can I earn?
Depends on location, amenities, and occupancy. Urban lots typically see $450–$1,800/month per space at ~60% occupancy. You set your nightly rate and amenity bonuses.
What does ROADS³ take?
A small platform fee per booking. Stripe processing fees apply separately. You keep the majority of every booking.
How do payouts work?
Stripe deposits earnings to your bank on a bi-weekly schedule. Track everything from the Earnings tab in the host console.
Can I decline a guest?
Yes. Every booking is request-based — see the profile, vehicle, and rating before approving. Decline freely with no penalty.
How long do guests stay?
Maximum 3 nights per booking. This protects your lot from squatters and keeps capacity available for the workforce that needs it.
Do I need to be on-site?
No. Most lots run unattended with lot rules, lighting, and gate codes shared through the messaging thread after approval.
Is hosting safe?
Every guest is identity-verified with license, vehicle photos, and insurance on file. Mutual ratings keep the community accountable.
